Try Remap before anyone else
We’re looking for a small group of people getting over a break-up or divorce to try Remap before it launches, and tell us honestly what helped.
What it is
Remap is an iPhone app of guided audio sessions. In each one you imagine growing up with parents who are just right for you, and you get to feel what that’s like. It follows Ideal Parent Figure imagery, a published method from attachment therapy. Remap is a wellbeing practice. It isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace it.
The session made around you is written by AI (Claude, made by Anthropic) and checked against the method before it’s recorded. The guides’ voices are made with AI too. They aren’t real people, and they aren’t therapists.
What you’d do
- Listen to two sessions about a week apart, each about 10 minutes. One is from our library and one is made around what you’re going through.
- Fill in a short form after each one, about two minutes.
- Have a 15 minute call with Ben, who makes Remap, at the end.
It’s free. You can stop at any time, without saying why.
Your privacy
We keep what you put in this form so we can get in touch, and delete it after 12 months. Nothing here asks what happened or about anyone else. When you make your session, what you write is used once to write it and then deleted, as it is for everyone. You can ask us to delete anything at any time. The details are in our privacy policy.
Thank you
You’re signed up. Ben will email you within a few days with how to install the app and what happens next.
Thank you for wanting to help
This first pilot is iPhone only, so it isn’t one you can join. Remap will be on the web too, and the free library is there for you now.
Thank you for telling us
This pilot isn’t the right fit for you right now. Guided imagery can sometimes bring up a lot, and with what you’re carrying it’s best done with a therapist alongside you. We haven’t saved anything you entered.
