What Remap is
Remap is a guided imagery practice based on a published attachment-focused method. It isn’t therapy, medical advice or a treatment for any condition, and it doesn’t replace care from a professional. It isn’t a crisis service. If you’re struggling or thinking about harming yourself, call Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time, or 999 in an emergency.
You can pause or stop any session at any time. If a session brings up something difficult, stop and look after yourself first.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
Free and paid sessions
- The library sessions, including the three-minute ones, are free once you sign up with your email.
- Sessions made for you are sold in packages you pay for once: one session (£9), the 4-week practice (4 sessions, £29) or the 12-week practice (12 sessions, £69). There’s no subscription, nothing renews, and unused sessions don’t expire.
- Every session made for you starts as a free preview: we write it and record the opening for you to hear. If you’ve never paid, you get one preview free; once you’ve bought a package, previews are always free. A session from your package is used only when you keep one.
- Before you keep a session you can change the voice or pace for free, and ask for the words to be rewritten (once on a free preview, twice otherwise). After you keep it, you can still change the pace for free.
- Replaying any session you have is always free.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include any VAT due.
Your right to cancel
Under UK law you usually have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because your sessions are made and available straight away, we ask you to agree to that before you pay, and you lose the right to cancel once you keep a session. If you haven’t kept any sessions from a package, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full.
If something goes wrong
If we can’t finish a session you’ve kept, it goes back into your package automatically. If a session is faulty in another way, email us and we’ll fix it, give the session back or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Using Remap fairly
Don’t misuse Remap, try to break it, or use it to make content for anyone else to sell. Sessions are for your own personal use. You can share links to library sessions.
Our responsibility to you
We provide Remap with reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for using Remap in place of professional help. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Changes and ending
We may update Remap and these terms. If a change affects you significantly, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. You can stop using Remap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
